18-Year-Old Chelsea Monye Created A Hub For Young Creative Nigerians

We all know that most Nigerian parents would have a full-on stroke if you told them you wanted to go to Art class in secondary school, because…

The unofficial career options in a Nigerian home are:

A Doctor
An Engineer
A Lawyer
A Disgrace
Well, with the help of her Nigerian parents (that don’t have two heads) 18-year-old Chelsea Monye created The Esquire Networka hub where young creatives can get started meeting and networking.

The hub was founded on the idea that creativity among young people of the 21st Century should be harvested and nurtured – by discussing ideas and collaborating.
During an interview with Ebony Life TV, Chelsea said:
“I wanted to meet some people like young designers who are willing to collaborate. So, I decided, let’s meet somewhere, where everyone is all there.
So, you can go on the website to see content creators, makeup artists, photographers, models, actors and it’s a creative hub and it’s just great energy that I love.”
